Analysis of this research about the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance Market Luwes Purwodadi. A study conducted at Pasar Raya Purwodadi. The samples taken in the study are 74 respondents who work in Purwodadi Market. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the style of leadership and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In the model formed variable of leadership style and work environment able to explain employee performance variable equal to 38,1% and the rest 61,9% still influenced by other variable

Pengaruh Lokasi, Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Dalam Melakukan Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pada Pasar Modern Goro Assalam Di Surakarta

The research study to analyzis the location has an influence on product purchasing decisions Modern Market Goro Assalam in Surakarta. To analyzis the quality of service has an influence on product purchasing decision Modern Market Goro Assalam in Surakarta. To analyzis the price has an influence on product purchasing decision Modern Market Goro Assalam in Surakarta. The population in this study were all buyers in Goro Assalam Modern Market and the samples used in this study were 100 employees (respondents) whereas the sampling technique used was random sampling with simple random sample selection method giving equal opportunity which is not limited to each elements of the population. Based on the results of the study known that the location has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in Goro Assalam. Quality of service has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions in Goro Assalam. Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in Goro Assalam. Based on the test results are known together location variables (X1), service quality (X2) and price (X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result of analysis is adjusted Rsquare (R2) equal to 0,510, it means variation of change of decision variable of purchasing can be explained by location variable (X1), service quality (X2) and price (X3) equal to 51,0%. While the rest of 49.0% is explained by other variables outside the model

PENGARUH GAJI DAN MASA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA DI BANDUNG

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaji, masa kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di PT. Infomedia Nusantara, serta bagaimana pengaruh gaji dan masa kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah gaji dan masa kerja sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan rumus slovin. Sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 10%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver19.00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial dan simultan menunjukan bahwa gaji dan masa kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh gaji dan masa kerja dalam memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 58,4%. Kata Kunci : Gaji, Masa Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Surakarta or Solo city is a city of arts and culture located in Central Java. Solo City is famous as a city that has a rich history and cultural heritage. The city which was founded by Pakubuwono II has a center in the Kraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat which is the successor of the Mataram Islamic kingdom. As a city that has a rich Javanese culture, Solo has many traditional Javanese art works, namely in the form of cultural dance, gamelan music, keroncong music, puppet shows, and many more. Traditional art is a legacy that must be preserved, therefore traditional Javanese arts in Solo City get full attention from the Solo City Government. There are many facilities available for cultural arts performances, such as performance buildings, cultural parks, museums and galleries as well as often holding annual arts and cultural festival events in Solo. of the many art genres in this solo city, there is one art genre that is fairly new, namely contemporary art. contemporary art has the meaning of contemporary or present art. Contemporary art is a form of art that was formed at the end of the modern art era. To support the activities of contemporary artists, a place for contemporary art activities is needed, just like cultural arts activities that have many places and facilities in the city of Solo. In addition, the contemporary art center can help solo cities in the assessment of the UNESCO Creative City Network (UCCN), which has previously been rejected twice. The rejection occurred because there was still a lack of creative places in Solo. The rapid growth rate of contemporary art creates new problems, namely the need for art spaces in the form of galleries, museums and performance spaces. Pengembangan Bisnis Krupuk Bawang Menggunakan Analisis SWOT & Bussiness Model Canvas (Bmc)(Studi Kasus: Krupuk Bawang Bu Asih)

Crackers are one of the products favored by the public to increase their appetite. For fans, the presentation of the cracker category is adjusted to the category of the food menu that is eaten. This study aims to develop the MSME Krupuk Bu Asih located in the village of Dungkancil, Giritontro, Wonoiri by using the SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Based on the results of BMC Customer Segments Processing and SWOT Analysis, Strategy (1) Based on Customer Segments is obtained, namely female gender, age > 50 years, other occupations and income of IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 3,000,000. Based on the value proposition, the reason for buying it was because the taste of the onion crackers was savory and delicious compared to other crackers, wrapping the onion crackers in plastic clips, getting information about the crackers from the family and the price of the onion crackers Rp. 20,000 - Rp. 22,000. (2) Based on the results of the questionnaire shown to the customer Krupuk Bawang Bu Asih and from the results of interviews and observations after data processing using BMC and SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that Customer Segments in the peeking industry based on place are shop shops, souvenirs, vegetable traders around. Customer Segments based on gender are women with age > 50 years, other occupations and income of IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 3,000,000. Based on data processing using BMC and SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the Value Proposition of Krupuk Bawang Bu Asih is to use branded packaging, have personal transportation, and as souvenirs (3) Use a more efficient cutting knife so that the energy used does not consume labor and can speed up the production process. Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage terhadap Tax Avoidance(Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014 – 2017)

Tax avoidance adalah strategi dan teknik penghindaran pajak yang dilakukan secara legal karena tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan perpajakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap tax avoidance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2014-2018. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebesar 172 data perusahaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proporsi dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance; (2) Kualitas audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance; (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance namun dengan nilai koefisien negatif; (4) Leverage berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Kesimpulan ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Maharani dan Suardana (2014); Dewi dan Jati (2014); Handayani (2015); Waluyo, Basri, dan Rusli (2015)

PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN PT. KEWALRAM INDONESIA

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Kewalram Indonesia. PT. Kewalram Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri tekstil. Perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas . Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Kewalram Indonesia pada departemen pemintalan divisi TFO (Twist For One) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, uji F, uji t koefisien determinasi simultan dan koefisien determinasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan antara profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Kewalram Indonesia. Besar pengaruh profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan secara simultan adalah sebesar 83,9%. Sedangkan secara parsial, pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 5,7%, pengaruh koimtmen organisasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 11,7%, dan pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 66,5%.
